What is this page for?
On this page are displayed the results of monitoring of x10Hosting.com servers.
Is this monitor reliable?
Not 100%. It's for guidance only.
But according to several months experience it's reliable for more than 99%.
Sometimes I can see much of white "no info" areas on the graphs - why is that?
The monitoring server is not running 24/7 (however it's very close to that). Electricity bill is my main concern... ;)
But sometimes simply some technical problems appear.
Where is the monitoring server located?
In Poland.
Not true! grd.net.pl is located in Pennsylvania, USA!
This page only displays the results. The monitoring is done from Poland.
What actually is monitored?
Currently, in every 2 minutes, accessibility and time of response of:
- x10hosting.com - home page of this hosting;
- x10hosting.com/forums - hosting support forums;
- Boru, Chopin, Starka, Stoli - servers with users websites and on it:
- HTTP - access to users accounts through HTTP on port 80;
- FTP - access through FTP on port 21;
- cPanel - login page for cPanel on port 2082;
- nameservers - access to the x10Hosting nameservers.
Can I view more than last 24 hours of results?
Yes. Navigate through the archive menu.
Will this service be improved?
Probably yes. It has been created in September 2009 (for different purposes) and evolve and expand
much already. In October 2010 monitoring of x10Hosting.com has started.
The x10Hosting server that contain my account is not monitored - why?
It's possible that I am not informed about setting up some new server
or even about existence of some of them. In such case - please, sent me an email to the address
from the footer of this page with the URL of your website on x10Hosting server, name of the server
(if you know it) and with the subject line "x10Hosting Server Monitor" - whithin 48 hours
I should reply to you and start the monitoring of the new server.
